*Cancellation Policy*

  1. Respect for Your Time and Ours
    At Precision Esthetic Inc, we truly value your time and appreciate that you value ours. Each appointment is carefully reserved to give you the personalized attention you deserve. We kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy so we can continue providing the best possible service to all our clients.
  1. Changing or Cancelling Your Appointment
    We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to offer your spot to another client. 
  1. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
    Life gets busy, and sometimes we forget things — it happens! However, missed appointments without notice make it difficult for us to accommodate other clients. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, the full-service amount may be charged, and future bookings may require a deposit to secure your spot.
  1. Running a Little Late
    We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you’re running behind, please call or text us as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to stay on schedule. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled all together.
  1. Group or Multiple-Service Bookings
    For larger bookings or multi-service appointments, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to make changes. This helps us coordinate our team and prepare the best experience for everyone involved. 
  1. Emergencies and Flexibility
    We completely understand that unexpected things happen — illness, family matters, or emergencies. If something urgent comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. We’re always willing to work with you and appreciate open communication. Our goal is to create a caring and respectful experience for both our clients and our team.
